wish I had a better pic from before I started thx shitty camera phone
in about 7 months I lost like 15kg and overall lost 23kg in 1 year
(6 months cardio to lose weight and from mid feb 2k14 started strength training 1 hour/day all dayevery day)
now im 79kg at 188cm and trying to build more muscle and mass
pretty happy so far look at the damn veins and striations tho them sumb1tch3z look like they gonna pop

quality on the feb 2014 pic kinda sucks but you already look pretty good there, above average strength for sure

yeh from aug 2k13 til like feb 2k14 i exercised but mostly cardio in mid february i started strength training and weight lifting
