most bodybuilders would be worthless in settings outside of the gym where you're restricted to form for benching, deadlifting, squatting, etc and instead required to run, swim, bike, rock climb, jump, etc
muscle ups definitely better fit the physique of gymnasts
well let's just put it this way if u can do like 15 dips and 10 pull ups u could prolly do 1-2 muscle ups
just some stuff i've researched but in theory those are the types of exercises u gotta do for them
and people who can do these r generally well fit u need strong everything plus its nice to have a goal imo
