so been having my new computer for a while and tonight i've been bored so done a lot of boring stuffs and then i decided to overclock it
4930k now at 4ghz max temp at 100% load 62c voltage at 1.260

took another pic starting to shape up better now
nowhere near my goals atm tho, when I will be able to do 5 muslce ups in a row then i'm done with the fitness shit

probably gonna take me like 1-2 years I think to get em done
they are very hard and require a lot of strenght

i'd be really surprised to see u come even close to doing 1 as i said they take a LOT of strength to do and even buff guys cant do it
for instance this guy cant do one either he's a competitive eater but he does a lot of work out too and he's pretty fit


kinda funny tho seeing the difference between appearance and actual strength (appearances can be deceiving mr.anderson)
all these guys taking protein and shit and building muscle mass but they don't actually have proper strength

true, it's a LOT of functional strength and a balance in fitness
most bodybuilders would be worthless in settings outside of the gym where you're restricted to form for benching, deadlifting, squatting, etc and instead required to run, swim, bike, rock climb, jump, etc

muscle ups definitely better fit the physique of gymnasts
