in other news i have gg recipe for you guys. like 100g/protein per small pot, or around 25-50 per serving depending how much you eat in one go
ingredients: kidney beans (in water), black beans (in water), refried beans, tortillas, salsa, chili flakes, salt, pepper, vegetable oil
instructions:
1) heat a pot to medium heat, add refried beans + oil. stir and heat until they start to lose their form (around 3-5 mins)
2) drain and rinse black beans and kidney beans. add to pot
3) add salt, salsa, chili flakes, and pepper.
4) stir everything together and heat until hot but not boiling
5) warm tortillas, put mix in tortillas along with cheese, jalapenos, lettuce, meat, whatever you want
6) eat
tastes delicious, is cheap, and has a shit ton of protein.
sounds good and i eat beans around once per week but they got too many carbs for me (if u add tortillas rly is op)
i rather eat just meat for my daily protein intake but this right here would be a gg power meal after a hard workout
my suggestion if u wanna cut down on the calories, u can boil the beans(100-150g), fry some chicken (ariund 150g) with very little oil (never deep fry, u want that sizzling sound in pan)
then u can make a nice salad with cabbage/onions/peppers or tomatoes or w/e veggie u enjoy and u got urself a top notch meal
