actually that can work for everything like protein creatine etc
true but it's quite hard to get things like vitamin D, zinc, and fish oil every day. on top of that i want at least 3k calories / day and a 1k calorie shake really helps that. plus it can't hurt to take extra vitamins (within reason). it can't ever cause you harm unless you take like 20x the amount you need and you'd have to be retarded to do that
