damn undead@dota2 now havent played in long time would be fun to queue some with u guys
hmm that seems underweight imo, dunno how tall u guys r but its ok cuz i can tell u its a lot easier to gain weight rather than lose it
hardest part for me is beer belly, lost lots of it but still not satisfied and its the one i work on most doing abs and shit

It's pretty much impossible for me to gain weight even taking in 4k+ calories a day. I probably need to eat like 6 meals a day to gain alot of weight and I dunno if I can be bothered with that

oh yeah I already do that, I'm just trying to eat a ton of calories as well to gain weight faster. IDC whether it's fat or muscle atm really

i used this to get a general idea http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm ofc it depends on how much u work out, but its just a ballpark figure
judging by that pic u posted i would guesstimate that u'd need a daily base of 1600 give or take to maintain ur current weight
if u eat more than ur daily needs u're gonna gain weight but if u don't work out its all gonna go random places like ur belly or thigh/hamstring

i'm new to this myself but im pretty well documented by now and i don't aim to be all muscle or like bodybuilders etc... just wanna be toned and fit cuz i was kinda out of shape and it's a waste at our age
i did some google research and i wouldn't take any protein except from all natural and fresh foods like this http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/foods-highest-in-protein.php
i made a personal system that includes most healthy foods and pretty much everything the body needs. like one day eat eggs, next potatoes, next peas, next rice, next beans and so on
have meat (whichever u like, meat is good protein-i prefer chicken but i eat fish and pork too) in any combo with the above and u r set. i also drink about 300g of milk daily with whole grain cereal
then for vitamins and shit veggies and fruit (tomatoes, onions, peppers, cabage salads and so on or whichever u enjoy eating, same as fruit personally i like bananas, pomelo oranges, pears apples)

tldr version: lets do a 5 man stack dota2 sometime!
