judging by that pic u posted i would guesstimate that u'd need a daily base of 1600 give or take to maintain ur current weight
if u eat more than ur daily needs u're gonna gain weight but if u don't work out its all gonna go random places like ur belly or thigh/hamstring
i'm new to this myself but im pretty well documented by now and i don't aim to be all muscle or like bodybuilders etc... just wanna be toned and fit cuz i was kinda out of shape and it's a waste at our age
i did some google research and i wouldn't take any protein except from all natural and fresh foods like this

have meat (whichever u like, meat is good protein-i prefer chicken but i eat fish and pork too) in any combo with the above and u r set. i also drink about 300g of milk daily with whole grain cereal
then for vitamins and shit veggies and fruit (tomatoes, onions, peppers, cabage salads and so on or whichever u enjoy eating, same as fruit personally i like bananas, pomelo oranges, pears apples)
