well as i said i had some around my waist, mostly beer belly as ppl call it and i was 102kg which was about 10kg more than i wanted for my height (am like 190cm)
pure protein i dont take although i did think about it and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whey_protein was best choice that i googled
im pretty happy tbh with results which i didn't really think would even show after 3-4 months but its okish imo
and i usually do work out around 30 min per day give or take
i dont go gym always from home and no weight training either-mostly squats, push ups, crunches for abs or any body only training exercise etc...
im using one of these tho
http://www.artsport.ro/images/products/artsport.ro/extensor_35264_1.jpg plenty of ways and muscles to train with it and its easy to setup too
for food i eat 3 meals a day at around 5-6 hours in between them no snacks or anything
breakfast i usually have 100g fish or tuna (canned too) and whole wheat cereal with milk (about a bowl of it)
lunch usually eating some sort of meat (i prefer chicken breast) with potatoes or veggies (usually peas) or beans, every 3 days usually i make gg omelette from 6 eggs with all the fixings
and dinner some salamy with cheese sandwich and big salad with tomatoes(2-3 medium sized), 1 big pepper and 1 medium onion
i always eat 1 or 2 bananas per day as well after any random meal
e;oh yea i cut out on every sweet or junk food too which sucked cuz i liked to eat some ocasionally
how do you do biceps from home?
I haven't gone HAM on working out yet cuz lazy/too much work at school/too much pokerz but my plan basically is:
Gym 3-5 days a week
Run 1-2 days a week
5-6 meals a day + shake, for instance:
Breakfast: Oatmeal + banana + juice or water
Snack: Two sandwiches with ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and extra mayo
Lunch: One of those burritos I posted earlier with black beans, rice, steak, lettuce, tomatoes, and hot sauce
Snack: Cup of cottage cheese, or some greek yogurt
Dinner: Steak/chicken breast/lamb/fish served with rice/potatoes and some kind of vegetable like broccoli, asparagus, or salad
then maybe 1 more snack before bed
On average try to break 3500 calories / day (so like 2400 calories after shake, pretty reasonable).
I'll probably try this soon, but idk if ready for the commitment yet given how busy I am irl.
On another note, almost broke $100 mark for these past 2 weeks in pokerz
