re-add stat allocation points
complete rework of skills/talents
no sure what loot 2.0 will bring but i would do a whole new system
make fun areas and events for players to complete on
pvp system thats actually playable and fun with rankings
make gear systematically harder to get and customized so that not all use 'bis' shit
