You wont ever have a second point in his Q even if you max it 2nd until at least 8, so you're only missing 20dmg from that early on. Lastly, his stat loss hurts a bit, but not enough to remove him from pubstomp status. Any good MK player will get +int stuff at the start, at least one +3 int piece and likely some totems...so the mana loss from that isn't crippling. In my opinion Mk is most broken from levels 2-early 10s, and what makes him snowball in pubs is his ability to kill early on with bad hero placement and such, and that is hardly changed in this nerf.

i picked salf vs some smurfs but idk how good they were
