once they get bkb he is useless

is he actually useful and popular in high tier games

i think it was just they wanted to be cocky giving away 2 godtier heroes
and picking up the veno which navi just lost with

FSW not very up-to-date Dota player...

i havent paid attention in years but im watching this w/ commentary its quite fun and exciting makes me miss dota a bit

Dota2 is a terrific game, and the marketing / investment value Valve puts into it is really spectacular. This event probably cost them like $5m with the prize money and all, but I'm sure they make that money back many times over from the publicity and advertising.
