Or become a Gm and actually understand how the system works. It obviously has lots of bad reputation (e.g that guy 2 pages ago saying he gets banned for nothing or instant 2 months). You could easily change something with a good explanation why it has to be changed, especially as GM as you can talk directly to the people that organize everything about RAP (feanux, vorador etc).
Tell me something where you think the system is really flawed, and should be changed. Maybe I can explain it to you

RAP is fine
the only "problem" is that you can bypass it quite easily(aka rooping) but there isn't really any solution to it, since you can't simply ban everyone going 0-8

Took them 16 months to fix the RAP text box.
