overused yes but still really imba item, i kinda like it even more in dota

since it blocks like

potm arrow stun
lions impale stun
es fissure
and lots of other things


all though i'm not sure if it blocks like tinker rockets / zeus / spectre ulti

but yeah it blocks potm arrow but it still deals the damage, so not so great if you just want to dodge the 400 nuke

otherwise its still really great item. i just don't like seeing ppl get it when enemy has like an armadon or something which makes it worthless
