I can teach you how to play... I have multiple accounts at 1900 and a new smurf account that I can play mm with. Honestly if your new you don't want to play in the high level games. You will be miserable and people will rage at you. Enjoy the low mmr games because as you get higher the que times increase to insane lengths, O and you don't have to deal with trilanes. In the end you are left with a 30 minute que and a 15 minute concede if your team is horrible. If you're interested pm me and I'll give you my account name. Btw why do you guys want to get boosted? Games dont get better as you get higher. You still have to deal with the same dicks in all the brackets. Believe me when I say enjoy your time in the low mmr. You aren't restricted to certain heroes, team makeup, and strategies in order to win the game. It is much more enjoyable.
