1-don't ask me bro, i made this as a joke account because i planned on hit and run scamming this site when i played d2 back when i made it until i realized how legit and opportunistic it was, otherwise my username would probably be one of my gay main usernames like jontheskillful or jontheninja

2-nn, talked for like 20 mins while giving her a tour and helping her bring luggage in

3-don't seek a female tenant, post for tenants and reply to only females if you want to live with a girl, my roommate and i didn't care as long as the person wasn't a cunt/dbag

That is so false from my experience, they get fucking hair everywhere, they suck ass at doing dishes, they take longer in the bathroom and they suck at drinking ( More you looking out for them because well your somewhat liable because there your friend) just my experience though.
Rawr , i just like to keep things clean hah

That was living with 5 girls though, one being my girlfriend , lol i dont even know why i bought into rez i spent like 3 nights there .
Needed a place to get away though.

well all in all it depends on the person ofc but in most cases girls r more tidier and keep things cleaner, do the dishes clean around.
i've had guys as tennants in my free room in my apartment while in uni and they were always messy never did shit had to tell em to do everything else they wudnt do shit ever
