You shouldn't be the happiest person in the world when you happen to carry your team, it shouldn't be that uncommon at this point, as you've played at least 800 more games than 90% of the noobs you're playing with.

Go to the actual HoN forums, there are plenty of resources, and plenty of idiots willing to help you attempt to get better.
