Simply saying Rampage is a horrible hero is just retarded. Every single hero in HoN has it's purposes, just because he doesn't have CC doesn't mean he's bad.
Rampage is probably one of the best heroes to take out another, single, hero. The fact that with Marchers and Elder Parasite you're hitting 150 + Insane attack speed + potential stun lock is just stupid, he hits SO fucking hard, at every point in time during the game.
Yes, in 5v5 he is no ideal hero, however, he is very usefull if played correctly, and can help cripple a carry early game fairly easy.
I recently randomed him in a 3v3 and decided to play him, ended up compltely destroying the other team. He's just too easy to get farmed with early game, and can pretty much own anyone at level 6 (ult + charge + potential stun = any non blinking hero dead).
