You can't tell anymore since a recent update.

its easy, people assumed i wasnt passing vote once so they all started to vote one by one calling who voted
ofc i said it was me voting once when somebody else initiated it but they didn't believe me cuz i trolled in voice so they knew it was me

i did use the come on guys we haven't even lost a lane rax yet, fight as team at least etc.... the usual bs in chat to make it stick
didnt do it for long cuz people kept feeding and i didnt want to risk a ban over that shit game

That's hilarious. People get so mad it's so funny. Though you'd get caught once it was your turn to start the concede vote.
