Anyone know why I can't use hotkeys for inventory items except potions and TP's and why I cant shift-queue playing on a mac?

Teammate ragequits because we have a pred and magebane and I'm .67kd (play support/initiator most of the time).
Other team doesn't remake.

why? this game sucks ass

game is decent, community sux
people feel like not only they have to win they gotta make sure other team is miserable as well
the key is to keep neutral to the bickering and just not say anything which isn't always easy
remember tho that u give more satisfaction to trolls if they get a response back from u
