I bet s2 counted "dead" accounts that haven't played since compression or w/e

i knew it was a low % that was over 1700, didn't realize it was that low, i thought it was 10% not 6%

if you read the thread, they used ~49k players, so i doubt they used dead accounts in fact, here's something we do know, international numbers are way the fuck down

nah, he (a moderator, not a s2 guy) recorded 600000 matches over the last week and then chose 20000 random players who played in those matches and had at least 20 games played
