New System added: Paragon Levels
After a player reaches level 60, killing monsters and completing combat challenge streaks (Killing Blow, Massacre, etc) will begin to award experience towards Paragon levels
There are 100 Paragon levels
Every Paragon level will reward you with:
Core stats such as Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, and Vitality in amounts similar to what you'd gain from a normal level
3% Magic Find and 3% Gold Find

they should have just added lvl 99 max as in d2 but well gay wilson is pretty dumb
but now they can't do it cuz itamZ are max lvl 63 and ppl would rage if they increased those cuz they spent $-$ on em
so they made this paragon shit so ppl can grind it without hurting the market

funny tho they made 300% mf cap so if somebody should reach 100 paragons is autocapped to max thus making mf on items useless

max should be 350 or 400% so ppl can at least get few mf items if they wish to while those who don't like them don't have a big "disadvantage"

there shouldnt be any cap on it cuz people always liked to stack as much as they can get and this really hurts blizzard most as people wont spend $_$ on mf gear
its dumb anyway since most use macros to swap gear before killing blows which well... blows! 250mf give or take is dirt cheap and easy to get on blues
