the kick system is retarded

S2's reasoning of "hey if 9/10 people want him gone he deserves it" is fucking stupid

if you're playing well and your team is just raging idiots, anytime they pass a votekick enemy team will instant vote yes since that way they have a way better chance of winning the game.

similarly if you're a dumb troll whose feeding the enemy, enemy team will never kick you because you increase their chance of winning

just from these 2 scenarios immediately at least 60% of the players in the game are making the wrong decision in regards to kicking you.

also since kick no longer grants leaves, trolls will try to get kicked when they're rooping to lose MMR since its the fastest way to do that.

kick is abused 99% of the time and used correctly 1%, but s2 has kept it in since beta. morons.

by the time i rezzed they of course engaged without me and all died then voted to kick me because i did not help them while i was dead

What's a better system? I don't think there is a better way to have a kick mechanic in the game short of having an impartial 3rd party spectate the match. And that's not really practical.

I'd rather have this flawed system, than no system at all like in dota 2. I miss rage vote kicking teammates for doing stupid shit.
