as someone who plays d3 i can vouch everything he's said as being true
that's not to say that d3 isnt enjoyable per se, but it definitely has a looooot of problems right now.

right now you are pretty much forced into certain items/builds and they did say at blizzcon that there will be a fuckton of builds

items and legendaries mostly are shit, but so are 90% of trashcans playing I sold completely useless legendaries to kids who bought them for god knows what

Of course they're trying to make the game better, they set the bar so fucking low. This game is not a AAA title for $60. This would be a decent game for $20.

Did you watch any of those teaser videos? What happened to the custom death animations, where the boss picks your character and rips your head off and throws you to the ground? Where are the items that freeze or shock monsters?

The fact that there are threads about "Athene" is prime evidence that Diablo 3 is a world of warcraft clone infested largely by world of warcraft players. Not a continuation of the same community that was D1 & D2
