Mid wars has its own MMR (invisible), so everyone starts with 1500 in this mode and gains/loses MMR for wins/losses. But it doesn't have to do anything with your regular MMR.

Do you lose double MMR for getting kicked from a game due to AFK or leaving a game?

AFK kick and getting kicked from the game because you didn't join it in 5 minutes both get you leaves and double mmr loss, correct me if i'm wrong

the biggest problem i had with HoN pubs is players simply don't THINK. they just click buttons and hope for the best, which results in disgusting play

dota2 was awesome because every game most players on both teams actually put thought into their game, meaning pub players would actually do some really good plays, resulting in fun games.

but I think now more and more people are getting beta keys, and more of the unthinking morons are starting to play. recently, i've seen a few complete idiots every game, to the point where its not really fun to play unless you're stacking.
