usually steamboots are better on valk, imo, since you already have leap and you need to cycle ur steamboots to keep your mana up
if u get stunned or cc'd u r dead anyway and I would rather have the stats/attack speed
i was actually thinking valk can be better with marchers since she can disjoint and leap but again in long run the 25% attack speed is better imo
