this hon challenge thing seems really fucking dumb, they want to get everyone playing HoN the next 5 days, and over the weekend for the 4x coin weekend?

it would seem like a better idea to break these up at separate times as to not get people burned out on your game

though maybe they assume people will stop playing forests of caldvar and play all mid this weekend instead

i wonder if all mid mode is going to have coins, the blog makes no mention of it, that would be pretty fucking dumb to not allow coins for midwars on 4x coin weekend, though i guess that wouldn't surprise me since s2 is pretty dumb

Will there be a stats page for all mid aswell or they won't record all mid stats?

what would you guys think about a ladder in hon like in diablo 2

like every 2-3 months or more they reset the ladder and like top 5 with highest mmr reached during that time wins some sort of prize
and then another stats for non ladder that u can play like u do now that never resets

there's no mention of it

i assume they won't as storing stats for that mode is a waste of space, so if they were to give coins it'd probably only be for wins/losses

haha looking at the vod it looks like it's only playable in pubs

I think they should reset the ladder every year. And then have 4x coin week when everyone is smashed at 1500. There's always PSR if you hate being at 1500. All your other stats would be untouched.

Having a non ladder tab fucks with queue times.

Yeah they should have prizes for the top of the ladder.

yea my thoughts too
also if there are prizes people might actually strive to get higher mmr and play well

could decrease griefing and shit
