this is not possible anymore since they stopped the gifting promotion
and i don't think you realize what it did or how it worked:

if you already have a legacy account this task is tedious and mostly useless, though you could unlock the rat courier if you wanted it for some reason
sadly you could only unlock the old heroes as new ones are like 350 gold
