so i actually am impressed with this hero

its going to rape mid, 4 damage skills, multiple slows, stun, skill shots.
best idea s2 has had in years.

here are the stats, i believe for maxed skills



apparently the cooldowns are super low, so maybe this hero is like an artesia with a stun and a useful W skill
