new hero seems bad for pubs and comp

he seems very level dependent, and somewhat item(hp) dependent

supports dont really get levels, and he has no farming abilities to get hp items

he'd probably be the secondary support (not buying wards), but is he really better than say a behemoth or magmus?

i dont see this hero being used unless his skills are good early on
