yes, the votekick system is just retarded. it rewards you most of the time. if you want to roop, just do something really dumb like pick your teams hero, flame them, and hope you end up with a stack of 4. get votekicked -> lose 5 mmr in about 5 mins -> join new game -> do same thing
this works very well in SD when you agree to swap someone for a shitty hero, then at the last second ready up and dont swap them after they've already picked it.
Sounds pretty good when it works as it's very efficient, when it doesn't you might be in a 30 min cc. If you play a low key feeder you might get a consistent 15cc while listening to people getting mad.
I had a low leaver % so i just decided to leave 3 games in a row to drop my rating since i didn't feel like wasting time klopping. Oh and one game my team didn't afk kick me so i just had to requeue to get the leave.

You're bad, i just fucking posted what happens. You only lose double MMR when you get afk kicked.
Getting vote kicked and your team loses, nothing special happens. Getting vote kicked and your team wins, you get a loss in your loss total, you GAIN MMR, and you only get 4 coins for your victory instead of 6 (obviously you don't get a first victory bonus if your team won).
