in another game i last second picked pink's hero, i get voted kicked and only lost 5 mmr when my team loses

yes, the votekick system is just retarded. it rewards you most of the time. if you want to roop, just do something really dumb like pick your teams hero, flame them, and hope you end up with a stack of 4. get votekicked -> lose 5 mmr in about 5 mins -> join new game -> do same thing

this works very well in SD when you agree to swap someone for a shitty hero, then at the last second ready up and dont swap them after they've already picked it.
