I really don't know, but the RAP system seems so wierd
5 days ago I reported 2 players, they are not judged yet
yesterday I reported 1 player, 1 hour later he was judged guilty

and that's how it was several times for me already, either it gets reviewed within few hours or never

I said early stages, which is halfway through '09.

i just noticed in dota2 you can bottle a rune without having to empty the bottle, very useful imo
