just want high win%

thought keeper could be a good choice

jungle heroes don't normally work cuz your solo lane almost always loses, then your long lane loses , and mid really depends

id say you cant really go wrong with solo mid MK or hag

hag is one of my favourite when it comes to mid game.
but i always lose the last hit battle mid vs most melee heroes. not that good with her attack animation.

haunt and some harash when they try to ck should rape any melee mid o.0

Depends. If you are able to recover yourself it could range from innocent to warning to guilty depending on the following:
1) Degree of maliciousness
2) How much it would have impacted the match had it been successful
3) Player's previous history of being reported
