it works but if tempest is gonna contiune to buy supportshit through out the game he is gonna be crippled and he wont get a fast ring of sorcery + ring of the teacher to break towers which is kinda the whole point of tempest in earlygame ( that + getting more exp )

SS simply gets fucked by too many heroes, so it is hard to get him back to top tier without making him totally OP vs many lineups
