Then I buy stryder and foul around whole game.

i just got my gold back from a report i did a month ago

saying they didnt have time to review it

idk, but the review times vary so damn hard
last 2 reports from my main acc got judged within 2 hours, tho on my other acc one of my reports is still open after ~1 month xD
a gm told me that the system is a bit complex and that they aren't allowed to talk about it. so I guess it's something like reports from legacy accs get reviewed faster, reports from ppl with high success % will get reviewed faster, reports from ppl who never were banned get reviewed faster etc.

it's probably if the GM hates you your report takes longer

there's no reason why a name violation takes 7 hours where as intentional feeding and not conceding out of spite take 1 hour
