not really because lots of the time in pubs your team is too uncoordinated to kill that one super annoying carry hero thats owning the teamfights for the enemy.

with that arachna build, you can solo kill anything, like that annoying chronos / midas / whatever that's owning ur team. with standard geobane savage etc. build you don't have that potential

well you can't judge from a smurfed 1600 mmr game to a game in your real bracket
in 1800+ games chances are high that your bulid would fail (in case it's an even game)

as long as you're not playing against a 5man stack, the chances of someone getting out of position and getting picked off is extremely high
