with this little trick you can check yourself who was moving the courier and tell the GM to check it aswell
if it really was him + he nearly killed courier I would go for the report, but ofc not sure if he will get banned or not. probably at least a warning

with your above infos aswell it would be a ban then quite sure imo

edit: think the thingy above doesn't work with courier, since it has no units reactions I think?

words like "stupid", "dumb", "retards" (note: technically a politically correct word), and words like
"s***" and "f***". So basically, banned for saying commonplace words which, alone, have no extreme
meaning, and words that are caught by the filter, and the best part is that if the enemy team typed /ic once they could have subverted my entire strategy. I don't understand how I can be banned for this when
I hadn't a clue what you, as Game Masters, considered to be EXTREME, EXTREME vulgarity.
