How do you build Chronos? I usually go for Runed, but it seems so uneffective. Last game I had RS lvl 4, Runed, Savage, SH, Steams, WH + some item I don't remember and he still was kinda bad. He hits so slow, should I go Daemonic for the -armor and AS?

Runed is only good if you can get it below 20 mins, 15 mins is preferred. After that I find geo to be a very good item on him. It just gives you all the stats you need, the movespeed is great, and in your ulti if you pop geo its +66% damage for the duration, which is quite nice. It's also way better than going Shrunken in most cases as a defensive item.
After that savage and shieldbreaker are pretty nice. I never go EP on him because he's already pretty squishy and there are way better ways to get attack speed
