Is there a mode in LoL which allows only one of each hero? Also, why doesn't anything happen when someone is loading superslowly, been loading for like 3 minutes now. Zzz.

naw, they are testing multiple heroes all the time, if you saw beta tester stat pages, you'd see 4 blank hero icons

notes are worthless though, most of that stuff won't come out, and if it does it'll be 6 months
