what is opinion on monarch? from what i have seen he is too good a hero compared to most other supports

a aoe slow that slows like 20000% in center
a defensive skill ( works like glacius freeze on teammate but you reg hp ) so you reg like 65 hp/s and reduce 65% dmg
and ulti that can debuff everything ( even stuns ) so yeah

hero as whole broken
spells 1 by 1 broken

S2 hero designs too much pimp

s2 put 600 random generated skills in a hat and draw 4 skills

yes but don't forget

you have to have great attack animation, escape mechanism, and essentially make the hero piss easy to play
