heh friend of mine wanted a reset and a gift reset to me.... heres how the story went I am very angry right now but I will try to contain myself.
[02:54] <r-html> 2 months ago I had a wonderfull time playing normal mode MatchMaking in the 1700±25 range, the games were all at my skill level and i enjoyed it so much i bought 40$ worth of goblins coins to thank and support s2 games.
[02:54] <r-html> Now with the big patch you nerfed my MMR to 1600 for some obscure reason, that got me angry as I didn't ask to be bumped down to play with brazilians who never ward. I tried to climb back up but I just can't carry these shit teams especially climbing only 5 MMR at a time.....
[02:54] <r-html> so today I bought 10$ more goblin coins for a stats reset, so I could get ±20 mmr per game and quickly get back to at least 1650
[02:54] <r-html> also i have a friend who's had a similar disapointment with the mmr nerf of the last patch and i thought i would gift him the stats reset aswell with this 2 for 1 holiday promotion now here's the situation
[02:54] <r-html> 1) even though there was a promotion to gift for free anything you buy, and even if i could enter my friends name before purchasing it, it said "i can't gift that item"
[02:54] <r-html> 2) when i did buy it, only for myself, even though that's NOT what i wanted when i purchased 10$ of goblin coins i found out there was like 8 options or something? wtf i just want my goddamn stats reseted ..... so I selected normal mode MMR since thats what i fucking play and then i found out it just lowered my MMR but kept my stats in so i only get ±5 mmr per game SERIOUSLY?! WHY WOULD I WANT TO GO FROM 1550 to 1500?!?!
[02:54] <r-html> 3) also i bought the alt kangaroo avatar for panda and it was advertised you would get 100 gold back after purchasing it "today" that's pretty damn ambiguous how was i supposed to know the fucking date, i never got my 100 gold back cuz the promotion had passed, how about you try and be clear " get 100 gold back if you purchase before insertDATEhere"
[02:54] <r-html> 4) I reported 4-5 players since the new RAP system was implemented because i care about the HoN community, only 2 of those were even reviewed and i had 0 RAP infractions. I am very disapointed in S2's commitment to keep the community free of assholes if you don't even bother to review the reports coming from players who genuinely care to make the community better

[04:35] <g-foreveralone> 4 - As a GM of 10 months, I can personally confirm that every ticket is read and dealt with. Some may be innocent, some may take a while, but EVERY report is read, reviewed, and judged. If you didn't include the proper time slider, what the player did wrong, or any other important information, it takes the GMs much longer to review the suspect.
[04:35] <g-foreveralone> As for your demands, I have fully reset your stats on the account Html. In the future, please make sure you don't make the mistake of not reading the information and not correctly ticking the boxes. The 100 gold refund will be given if you can properly show where the promotion is, so that I can notify the marketing team to fix the error, and remedy your issue for being improperly notified.
