To have any affect on the game he needs 2-3 items. Gladiator/zephyr/ra/kraken with upgraded boots and hotbl do more for their team than shadowblade. He gets kitted hard, and PK isn't really a good item on him. If you go ghost marchers/hotbl/harkons you can 3 shot supports, but your attack speed is trash. This hero will have a hard time farming all that gold. And you can spend half that amount of gold on other heroes to do that much burst (nomad/dw/pebs).
He seems OP on paper because each skill does a lot of things. But this guy is garbage tier in the lanning phase and mediocre in the mid game. His farming ability is awful. He can't jungle. His attack animation stinks. His AOE is tiny and he has no stun. He's a weak initiator. I'd pick maliken over this hero. I'm sad I wasted my few gold coins that I have on this EA hero. (i don't buy gold coins, i collected these through the promotions over the past year). He's not that fun either because it takes a lot of farm to dominate with him. He's slightly less boring than sand wraith.
