uh oh, people think that monarch's disable is OP
better nerf his cloud

it's not like monarch has better base damage, armor, hp, attack animation, int gained per level, and spell casting times than glacius

his defensive skill are both insanely strong

ulti is just sick "somebody catch 3 or 4 guys with a huge aoestun" oh i click ultimate giving them enough time to dodge/use shrunken/blink/whatever the followup

and his other defensive skill is also sick for pushing aswell as if somebody gets caught off position

like 100% damage reduced np
