it also gives cast speed so you can hit your stun easier. imo both ways have its advantages. if you need cast speed cause u miss/enemies dodge many stuns get some points into fevor (+attackspeed also gives some dmg and + ms isnt bad neither), othwerwise i also go 4-4 or maybe 1 point into fevor

well how much time? after you have pk, its pretty hard to miss the stun lol

It's situational.

Getting it at lvl 2, 8 or 10, are the common levels to get the first point into it.

You don't get your second point into till level 12, because with of recent damage increase to the wave. You can kill the whole creep wave with both your nukes up until 35 minutes (just like soul stealer). So you really don't want to delay maxing your nukes.

One point early is nice tower damage or harass damage.

If you get 2 points into it, that means you can't double nuke the wave till lvl 12.

you can choose to max it out after the wave if your team is playing aggresive and you want it for the towerpushing ability
else 1 level on it is enough

You've got to try this Ancient Apparition guy in DotA. Global nuke that instant kills when enemy is under 10% hp or so, and lots of great CC spells. Totally awesome hero

whats the best build on engineer? i tried all of em and cant decide, they all seem good and viable, maybe mines not so often but if u can land ur shit good popping a mine will do more aoe dmg imo, hard to decide
