how long does it last / cooldown / manacost?

sound quite neat to have something like a codex except it's actually useful

30 sec cooldown, lasts 3 seconds. costs very little mana (like 100 or so i think)

if you morph full agility you still get 1.2k HP or so at level 17 with nullstone, and you can pretty much 1 shot any supporter or even squishy agility carry like void.

lategame is also really good because you can waveform in and auto attack until enemy is like 1/3 hp, then instant kill them. the blade also stops their carry from auto attacking for 3 sec when u cast it on them, so its almost like a stun too

can it be used on allies? / self? would be superepic to make gozu saves with it when last projectile is in air targeted on a 1 hp hero
and bam

when you use it on enemy it turns u into ethereal form whether you want or not, so you basically always use it on self

can't use on allys tho
