Yeah because I know in the picking phase where he's gonna go at level1, don't I? I'm not going to particularly counter pick legi with DS, just for the first 10 minutes of the game. inb4 ds is a wicked hero anyway, I asked for tactics against if regardless of line up. But thanks anyway.

you need a stronger range hero on the lane that can outharras his friend, because a legionnaire rarely go creepskip without support
then the other one of you should be good at lasthitting and just stand at tower taking solo exp and getting lots of farm while the other one on your lane is harrasing them

and since they are 2 sharing exp you'll outlevel them and be able to win the lane from there
