That exactly what the dude said, actually. He said that magmus is banned in competitive games. The only time I've seen magmus banned in high level play is when a player of either team is good with him, and the enemy team doesn't want him to play the hero, so they ban him.

because the hero is so simple it's just stupid, kinda like plague rider except plague rider cant just run in and autoattack and still dont die

EW is more simple still, though, surely. Absolutely no skill shots, everything is targetted, and there's even an automatick hit and hp revoery on his ult.

but EW is squishy and needs some positioning so RA is easier to play decent imo

yes but with ew you at least gotta keep in mind position while with ra you can just run straight in like a moron
