what's wrong with 300 apm?

i'm barely playing hon, little less i care about playing 1500 games, and why would anyone go around with 300 apm in a game that requires you to control 1 unit?

i dunno about this whole apm thing
i mean some sc2 players like huk are consistent 300 all game and some people like minigun (who's from jsp) go like 60 and do 300 in fights

imo it matters on the pace of the player, some people like to keep their minds and fingers working all game, and some like to do it only when necessary

chu used to go 300 apm soulstealer with what might look like meaningless clicks, but i can see people being used to adjusting their positions slightly, spamming actions waiting to last hit, etc, while some people prefer just to hold position and time it

it's like hammering a nail lightly and using 60 hits versus a maniac who can 1-shot nails into things when it comes to timing last hits

I honestly don't see a point to even going over 100 apm lol.

I'm a player who sits aroudn 80-110 apm every game I play no matter which character i play(unless armadon ofc) and I'm at 1.6 kdE r and 3.7 ka: d

then I see a bunch of people like 175+ apm who have worse stats then me.

So really apm means fuck all when playing, you just need to know what to do, when to fight, when to back. etc

APM doesn't mean much, but if you are below like 75 then you are doing something wrong I'd say. I'm consistently 120+ on normal 4 skill heroes, and when it comes to playing Invoker/Meepo/Visage/Chen/etc. I'm easily 170+, but I rarely go above 200.

most apm i ever have on single unit heroes is 150

my apm is between 60 and 130 haha
if we are owning i usally have higher apm, if we are losing i sometimes become lazy and play with 70% only
same with game length, short games = higher apm, longer games = lower apm, mainly cause of the death time (i play quite aggressive and die pretty often and if im dead im not clicking around that much)

that darklady guy prolly is an good Starcraft2 player..
since the apm is so high..
not rare to see 200++++ apms in sc2.

~100-150 apm is sufficient in hon

150-200 if u play tundra/ophelia or if you actually use your whispering helm to dominate creeps which ppl rarely do in hon public games.

the only heros i get 150-200 with are ophelia, tundra, wildsoul, soulstealer earlygame

hmm well i have this weird habit of rehotkeying my units every few seconds. not sure if that counts as APM but it would explain why mine is pretty high all the time. i used to do like 300+ with chen since i would rehotkey all the groups alot, and just try to micro each unit individually
