heroes like deadwood are the most annoying imo. he only needs level 6 and he can just instant kill someone who has been playing far better than him

for example imagine the pollywog vs deadwood matchup

polly has to:
try to last hit with inferior base damage
harass dw away so he can't last hit / deny
farm bottle and whore runes so he can keep up jolt harass and stop DW from getting a lucky regen
farm power treads or at least a bracer before DW gets 6 so he doesnt instant die
constantly position himself properly so he doesn't get grasped and lose like half his hp to auto attack harass (or die to ulti)

meanwhile, DW has to:
last hit creeps with right click
go into fog and land grasps
get level 6 and kill anyone on the map (preferably with a lucky haste rune)


and ofc polly can't even contend DW for runes at level 6+ if he isn't at least 75% hp or so

e: obviously a highskilled polly will be able to do all the mentioned things and beat a DW

but in low-mid skill (like 90% of games) DW will win just because the hero was designed for retards

Polly is like the perfect type of hero to counter a dw... Ranged for harass, skill to harass + aoe farm creeps + push lane back for easy rune control, not just one but two cc abilities for unexpected ganks, and an ulti with a very little amount of skill will kill dw along with anoyone without a blink super easily. The only heros that rape a dw harder would be like a tort or succy ofc.

Everyone just sees int as supports agi as carries and always screaming we need a tank for st heros. I had to make a smurf to play with my gf who is 13xx right now and omg.. the games were unbelievable.

Back when tort was on the ftp rotation I had to keep explaining that she wasn't just a support hero and that I should go mid. And the yelling, oh my people were mad about everything.
