umad? If the cast of on was purely male with no females, hero would be a bit better to use. But champion is still more correct because they are your personally picked character to fight in your place. Aka they are your champion.

Your whole argument fails, its called "heroes of newerth" Meaning the heroes of newerth lol. use your brain. if they were champions it would be "Champions of newerth"

Your argument and logic is flawed. Its called league of legends yet they are called 'champions' not 'legends' because champions is the correct fucking term.

And LOL website calls them champions. Verus "Heroes" website calls them heroes.

Because it is the correct term. The only reason you call them heroes is because this game is basically a direct port of dota. And DotA originated on WC3 using the hero units from the actual wc3 game(which btw made sense in the actual wc3 game).

Okay so how isn't heroes the correct term for a "hero port?"
