I dont get how the shop system is hard at all... in dota or Hon, but then again i cant remember the very first days of dota, as hard as i try i cant remember, i remember it all being scrolls without pics, but i cant remember, i dont remember having to much of a hard time, because most games were like that on WC3 , WoW Arena was also like that if you ever played that game on Wc3

It just doesn't fit my definition of logical, I guess. I don't have the same mindset as a lot of dota players had about hte shop, or couldn't find the pattern anyway. The HoN shop isn't too bad at all, I just always got confused where things were in the DotA one. I also played like 4 years ago i think? So maybe that has to do with it

the problem with scout is that you basically have to build a team around him to make it work. he needs absolute freefarm for a very long time and a team that can handle 4v5 - two things you won't find often in pubs.

on top of this, to play scout properly you have to be a very good player. most people consider him a noob hero, but the noobs who play him and go for codex / nuke build aren't playing him even close to correctly, which is why so many people hate the hero.

playing scout in HoN is almost like playing medusa in a dota chinese match. you CANNOT miss a single creep kill when u are left some time to freefarm. you also need to place your eyes in a way that will allow you to land awesome silences, so you have to pre-determine where the enemy will be. basically, ur gonna be worthless for about 30-40 minutes of the game, so u have to make the last 10-20 mins count as much as u can. that means, farming extremely well and never dieing so you can achieve maximum gpm.

most pubs have no idea how to farm properly, and don't know about stacking camps for themselves, when to pull, how to freeze a lane, where to farm at a certain time, etc. that's why the majority of the time they don't end up getting the items they need and end up losing the game for their teammates.

It's not a good thing getting carried in the beginning. You need to learn how to play other types than carries and be able to play on your own.

Also, there is a lot more differences between LoL and HoN, like losing gold from deaths, other respawn system, no summoner abilities, buyback, no gay runes that gives you a huge advantage, no unlocking heroes and not as many gay 9-year olds that cant afford HoN.

The biggest problem that I see is that nobody knows how to fucking play scout. I'm not sure why every noob in pubs like him so much.
It's kind of like in dota where you see every poorly skilled player picking riki, but where was the love for bounty hunter?

On top of that, he's not the easiest hero to learn if you're already sucking ass at hon.
He is awful early game. His ult is mediocre for a carry since he has to sit there out of melee range.
And if you suck, chances are good that you won't put that silence to use in team fights where it's really needed.

The reason why i hate scout is that like 9 of 10 scout players sack ass. They farm like first 5mins and then they come invis gank top hang there for 2-3 mins and lose like 500g and then they raqe come back to lane which is lost because its 2v1 for like 5mins and they get their runed axe done in 30mins and gank moar. They go enemy woods ping low hp heroes for 2mins and then fail to kill them. so my point is that they just stay invis do nothing and sack lategame soo its like 5v4 whole game. sry for bad english.
and btw ive seen only 3-4 good scout players and ive played ~1k games -.-
